熊猫造型汤圆

其实我还蛮喜欢捏汤圆,
就好像小时候在玩粘土般,
随着心情捏出感觉。

对,这就是上个帖子“可爱的凯凯和嘉嘉”熊猫造型汤圆下锅前的模样。
以前搓的汤圆都是用了妈妈教我的传统汤圆食谱,
直到有一天。。
我这位知识平乏的主妇在图书馆里看见了Junko小姐(加藤纯子)《彩绘*QQ甜点》的汤圆食谱后,才让我恍然大悟原来嫩豆腐可以取代水制成汤圆!
点子真的太棒了!


熊猫造型汤圆食谱
参考了《彩绘*QQ甜点》里头的熊猫汤圆食谱

糯米粉。。。。。。40g
嫩豆腐。。。。。。40-50g
烘焙竹炭粉。。。适量

食用色素(红)微量(加入几滴水溶解)


步骤
1)把糯米粉放入盆中,加入嫩豆腐(40-50g,别一次过加入)。用手充分搓揉成团状,若无法成团状的情况下,再把剩余的嫩豆腐依情况一点点地加入。
2)将搓揉成团的糯米团分成两份。至于这熊猫造型所需用到的黑色部分并不多,所以抽出一小部分糯米团即可,然后慢慢加入烘焙竹炭粉搓揉均匀,直到理想颜色出现为止。(如果加入竹炭粉后的糯米团变得太干燥,可以依情况加入少许嫩豆腐揉至质地如耳垂般的软硬度即可)
3)依个人喜好捏造出熊猫大小的造型。
4)再用牙签平坦的部位沾上红色色素,然后微微印在熊猫的脸部做出腮红。
5)把适量的水放入小锅中煮滚。然后慢慢加入造型好的汤圆以中小火煮至汤圆浮起,再转小火煮2-3分钟,接着用漏勺捞起放入冷开水中冷却。
6)最后就可以把完成品配搭个人喜欢的甜品享用。
